California Coverage
CALIFORNIA
PRIVATE TRAINING.
Trinity Training Facility is headquartered in Long Beach and serves clients from across Los Angeles County and Orange County. From Belmont Shore to Huntington Beach, Lakewood to Carson — our certified trainers drive results for California's most committed athletes and everyday clients.
One facility. All of Southern California.
The best gyms in California aren't franchises with a location on every corner — they're single, serious rooms that people drive to. Trinity is that room for the Long Beach area. Instead of thirty half-equipped outposts, we built one 14,000 sq ft facility with a full strength floor, a regulation boxing ring, on-site sports massage, a 15-person cedar sauna, and a recovery zone — all under one roof, so your training and your recovery finally live in the same place.
That's why clients come to us from across Los Angeles County and northern Orange County, not just the block outside. A destination facility earns the drive. Read the full story on What Is Trinity.
Whatever you're training for, someone here specializes in it.
Trinity's 46 independent trainers cover the full range of goals a California client walks in with — not one generalist template applied to everyone:
- Strength & conditioning — build real, usable strength on the platform and the floor.
- Bodybuilding & hypertrophy — physique work, contest prep, and structured muscle gain.
- Weight-loss training — sustainable fat loss programmed around your life, not a crash.
- Women's training — strength and confidence in a room that takes you seriously.
- Athletic performance — speed, power, and sport-specific preparation.
- Boxing & combat sport — real coaching in a regulation ring.
- Mobility & post-rehab — come back from injury and move without pain.
- Nutrition coaching — the half of results that happens outside the gym.

Train hard. Then actually recover.
Most California gyms end at the weight rack. Trinity keeps going: on-site wellness means a CAMTC-licensed sports-massage room, a 15-person cedar sauna, and a dedicated recovery zone — available to members and non-members alike. When your strength work and your recovery run under one roof, you progress faster and break down less. That's the difference a real facility makes.

03 Do I have to live in Long Beach to train at Trinity?
No. Because Trinity is a destination facility — one floor with every discipline and every recovery room in one place — clients regularly drive in from across LA and OC. The room is worth the drive; that's the whole point of a private training facility versus a corner gym.

04 What does personal training cost in the Long Beach / LA area?
1:1 personal training in the Long Beach and greater LA area typically runs $80–$150 per session. Trinity's independent trainers set their own rates within that range and offer 8-, 12-, and 24-session packages at a per-session discount. 05 Is Trinity a gym membership or private training?
Private training. Every Trinity client works with a certified trainer on a program built for their goals. It is not a class-based or access-only membership gym — the facility exists to support serious 1:1 and small-group training, backed by on-site sports massage, a cedar sauna, and a recovery zone.
