Honest accounting
Most months, your week one alone pays for it.
An hour of 1:1 training at the going Long Beach rate runs $90–$150. Four of those is $360–$600. VIP is $250. The math works whether you walk the floor twice a week or twelve.
VIP does not include wellness center à la carte (massage, recovery zone, Meals by Mel). Those are billed separately at the member rate, below walk-in pricing.

04 — Why VIP
Built for the people who show up.
Drop-in training works for the casual lifter. A pure gym membership works for the person who already knows what they’re doing. VIP is the in-between most gyms refuse to build: a real floor you can use any day, paired with the accountability and programming of a trainer who knows your name.
No chain-gym shortcuts. No franchise theatrics. Hand-built Italian iron. Cedar sauna. A pro ring upstairs. And one focused hour, every week, with a real trainer who’s programming around your real life.
That’s the membership. Two-fifty. Every month. Until you don’t need us anymore.
05 — Apply
Start with a free intro.
Tell us your goal. We’ll match you with a trainer, walk you through the floor, and book your first session. No pressure to sign on the spot.
01What is included in the Trinity VIP Membership?
Two things: gym access to Trinity's 14,000 sq ft facility — weekdays 5am to 10pm, weekends 7am to 7pm — and one 1:1 training session every week with a Trinity trainer. That includes The Floor (Panatta), The Ring, the Sauna, and the Recovery Zone.
02How much is the VIP Membership?
$250 per month. Month-to-month, no annual contract, no enrollment fee. Cancel any time with 30 days written notice.
03What are the VIP gym access hours?
Monday through Friday, 5:00am – 10:00pm. Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am – 7:00pm. Holidays may run reduced hours and are posted on-site. (Trinity trainers have 24/7 facility access, so your weekly training session can be scheduled outside member hours if it works for both of you.)
04Who books my weekly training session?
You do. After signup, we pair you with a Trinity trainer matched to your goal — strength, conditioning, weight loss, sport-specific, or fight prep. You book your standing weekly slot directly with the trainer.
05Can I add more training sessions on top of VIP?
Yes. VIP includes one session per week. Add-on sessions with your trainer are billed at the trainer's personal rate and stack on top of your VIP fee.
06Is there a free intro session before I sign up?
Yes. Every prospective VIP member gets a free intro: facility walk-through, equipment demo, goal conversation, and a sample training session with one of our trainers. Use the form below or call 562-619-9368.
07Can I freeze my VIP Membership?
Yes. You can freeze up to 30 days per calendar year (injury, travel, work) with no fee. Email TrinityTrainingFacilityLBC@gmail.com to schedule a freeze.
08Do VIP members get wellness center access?
Sauna access is included in VIP. On-site sports massage, recovery zone bookings, and Meals by Mel are priced à la carte for VIP members — at the member rate (below walk-in pricing).
The Inside Loop
Stay updated.
Once a month. Notes from the floor. Training science, new arrivals on the team, member offers, and the kind of training writing we don’t put anywhere else.
