Honest accounting
Two memberships. One price.
A boutique Bootcamp or Boxing class membership runs $150–$250 a month on its own — classes only, no floor. A real gym membership is another $50–$100. VIP is both, plus the sauna, for $250. The math works whether you walk the floor twice a week or twelve.
VIP does not include wellness center à la carte (massage, recovery zone, Meals by Mel). Those are billed separately at the member rate, below walk-in pricing.
03 — The hours
Seven days. Two windows.
Trinity is open to VIP members every day of the week. Weekdays for the work day. Weekends for the long sessions.

04 — Why VIP
Built for the people who show up.
Drop-in training works for the casual lifter. A pure gym membership works for the person who already knows what they’re doing. VIP is the in-between most gyms refuse to build: a real floor you can use any day, paired with a trainer-led class every week that brings the energy and accountability of training in a room with other people.
No chain-gym shortcuts. No franchise theatrics. Hand-built Italian iron. Cedar sauna. A pro ring. And one trainer-led class every week — Bootcamp or Boxing — run by a real Trinity trainer.
That’s the membership. Two-fifty. Every month. Until you don’t need us anymore.
05 — Apply
Start with a free intro.
Tell us your goal. We’ll match you with a trainer, walk you through the floor, and book your first session. No pressure to sign on the spot.
01What is included in the Trinity VIP Membership?
Two things: gym access to Trinity's 14,000 sq ft facility — weekdays 5am to 10pm, weekends 7am to 7pm — and one small-group class every week, your pick of Bootcamp or Boxing, led by a Trinity trainer. That includes The Floor (Panatta), The Ring, the Sauna, and the Recovery Zone.
02How much is the VIP Membership?
$250 per month. Month-to-month, no annual contract, no enrollment fee. Cancel any time with 30 days written notice.
03What are the VIP gym access hours?
Monday through Friday, 5:00am – 10:00pm. Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am – 7:00pm. Holidays may run reduced hours and are posted on-site. (Your weekly Bootcamp or Boxing class runs on the posted class schedule.)
04How do I book my weekly class?
You reserve your spot. After signup you get access to the class schedule — pick your Bootcamp or Boxing class each week and claim your place. Lock the same class and time every week for the routine, or mix the two.
05Can I add more classes or 1:1 sessions on top of VIP?
Yes. VIP includes one class per week. Extra classes, or private 1:1 sessions with a Trinity trainer, can be added at the going rate and stack on top of your VIP fee.
06Is there a free intro before I sign up?
Yes. Every prospective VIP member gets a free intro: facility walk-through, equipment demo, goal conversation, and a sample class or training session with one of our trainers. Use the form below or call 562-619-9368.
07Can I freeze my VIP Membership?
Yes. You can freeze up to 30 days per calendar year (injury, travel, work) with no fee. Email TrinityTrainingFacilityLBC@gmail.com to schedule a freeze.
08Do VIP members get wellness center access?
Sauna access is included in VIP. On-site sports massage, recovery zone bookings, and Meals by Mel are priced à la carte for VIP members — at the member rate (below walk-in pricing).
