01 — What you get

Two things. Both rare.

01

Full floor access.

Walk in any day of the week — weekdays 5am to 10pm, weekends 7am to 7pm — and the whole 14,000 sq ft is yours. Panatta on The Floor. The Ring. Sauna. Recovery Zone. No reserved racks, no waiting list.

  • The Floor — 6,000 sq ft, Panatta plate-loaded + cable, 8 lifting platforms
  • The Ring — 16′ pro ring, heavy bag wall, pad work
  • The Sauna — cedar, 15-person, open every day
  • Recovery Zone — mobility tools, compression boots, stretch space
02

One small-group class every week.

Your pick of Bootcamp or Boxing — trainer-led, high-energy, kept small so you’re never lost in a crowd. One class per week, every week, built into your membership.

  • Bootcamp or Boxing — you choose each week
  • Led by a Trinity trainer — real instruction, not a screen
  • Small groups — the accountability of a room training with you
  • Extra classes or 1:1 sessions available at the going rate
02 — The price

Two-fifty. One number.

Honest accounting

Two memberships. One price.

A boutique Bootcamp or Boxing class membership runs $150–$250 a month on its own — classes only, no floor. A real gym membership is another $50–$100. VIP is both, plus the sauna, for $250. The math works whether you walk the floor twice a week or twelve.

VIP does not include wellness center à la carte (massage, recovery zone, Meals by Mel). Those are billed separately at the member rate, below walk-in pricing.

03 — The hours

Seven days. Two windows.

Trinity is open to VIP members every day of the week. Weekdays for the work day. Weekends for the long sessions.

Monday 5:00 AM 10:00 PM
Tuesday 5:00 AM 10:00 PM
Wednesday 5:00 AM 10:00 PM
Thursday 5:00 AM 10:00 PM
Friday 5:00 AM 10:00 PM
Saturday 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Sunday 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

Your weekly Bootcamp or Boxing class runs on the posted class schedule — some slots fall outside general member hours. Holidays may run reduced hours and are posted on-site.

04 — Why VIP

Built for the people who show up.

Drop-in training works for the casual lifter. A pure gym membership works for the person who already knows what they’re doing. VIP is the in-between most gyms refuse to build: a real floor you can use any day, paired with a trainer-led class every week that brings the energy and accountability of training in a room with other people.

No chain-gym shortcuts. No franchise theatrics. Hand-built Italian iron. Cedar sauna. A pro ring. And one trainer-led class every week — Bootcamp or Boxing — run by a real Trinity trainer.

That’s the membership. Two-fifty. Every month. Until you don’t need us anymore.

  1. 01 What is included in the Trinity VIP Membership?

Two things: gym access to Trinity's 14,000 sq ft facility — weekdays 5am to 10pm, weekends 7am to 7pm — and one small-group class every week, your pick of Bootcamp or Boxing, led by a Trinity trainer. That includes The Floor (Panatta), The Ring, the Sauna, and the Recovery Zone.

  2. 02 How much is the VIP Membership?

$250 per month. Month-to-month, no annual contract, no enrollment fee. Cancel any time with 30 days written notice.

  3. 03 What are the VIP gym access hours?

Monday through Friday, 5:00am – 10:00pm. Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am – 7:00pm. Holidays may run reduced hours and are posted on-site. (Your weekly Bootcamp or Boxing class runs on the posted class schedule.)

  4. 04 How do I book my weekly class?
