Room 02

The Ring

Olympic-spec ring. Adam Mai’s home floor.

The Room

A regulation 16-foot Olympic-spec boxing ring set on a sprung floor, ringed by a heavy bag wall, double-end bags, and pad-work stations. This is Adam Mai’s home floor — the room Trinity was built around.

Who It’s Built For

Amateur and pro fighters, combat athletes cross-training, boxing-fitness students, and anyone who wants to learn to throw a real punch under a real trainer. Pad work, technical sparring (by invitation), and conditioning.

Who Trainers Here

Trainers built for The Ring.

The Trinity trainers whose specialties match this room. Book a free intro to find your fit.

  1. 01 Do I need boxing experience to use The Ring?

No experience required for pad work and bag training. Adam Mai and the Trinity combat staff train beginners every day. Technical sparring is invitation-only — reserved for trained students who have demonstrated control and conditioning.

  2. 02 Are group boxing classes offered?

Yes. Trinity runs small-group fight-conditioning classes 4–5 days a week, capped at 12 students. Most clients also train 1:1 with a trainer on technique. Book a free intro to find your fit.

  3. 03 Can I spar at Trinity?

Technical sparring is allowed by invitation from your trainer, after demonstrating defensive fundamentals and conditioning. Headgear and mouthguard are required. Trinity is not a pro fight gym — we train hard, train smart, and protect the room.

  4. 04 What gear do I need to bring?

Your own hand wraps and a mouthguard if you have them. Trinity has loaner gloves, focus mitts, and headgear available. Most regular members invest in their own gloves within the first month.
