WOMEN'S TRAINING
STRONG ON YOUR TERMS.

Women train differently. Not weaker, not less — differently. Trinity's women's trainers specialize in the physiology, the recovery cycles, the postpartum windows, and the long-game programming that actually serves women lifting for life.

Who it's for

Built for the people who actually train.

  • Women new to the gym who want to start with a trainer who gets it
  • Postpartum mothers ready to rebuild
  • Women who have outgrown the small-group bootcamp model
  • Lifters chasing real strength PRs in a serious environment

What to expect

Training, programmed.

01

A trainer who actually listens

Cycle, sleep, work, kids, life. Your program flexes to the week you're actually having — not a fantasy version of it.

02

Strength as the foundation

Heavy compound work programmed across cycles. The squat, the deadlift, the press, the pull-up — these are the levers.

03

Pre- and post-natal expertise

Trainers with Pre/Postnatal Training certification handle pregnancy, recovery, return-to-training timelines, and pelvic floor work.

04

Private 1:1 environment

No catcalls. No staring. No having to wait 25 minutes for a squat rack. Trinity is built for people who want to train, not be seen training.

  1. 01 Are all of the women's trainers at Trinity women?

Most are — Ashley Bernier, Esmeralda Sandoval, Saadia Etheridge, Stephanie Cha, Tamara Smith, Vanessa Gallegos. A few of our male trainers also specialize in women's strength training. You choose who you're most comfortable with.

  2. 02 I just had a baby — how soon can I start training?

It depends on the birth and your provider's clearance, but typically 6–8 weeks postpartum for a vaginal birth, 8–12 weeks for cesarean. Trinity's pre/postnatal trainers start gentle — pelvic floor, breath work, core re-engagement — before any loaded movement.

  3. 03 I haven't worked out in years. Will I feel out of place?

No. Trinity is private training by design — there's no group fitness class to feel behind in. Every client trains 1:1 with a trainer. You start where you are.

  4. 04 Do you offer female-only training hours or spaces?

We don't restrict hours, but our private studios let you book a room separate from the main floor if you prefer. Talk to your trainer — they'll set the environment that works for you.

  5. 05 Can I train while pregnant?

Yes, with provider clearance, and with a pre/postnatal-certified trainer. Strength training during pregnancy is well-supported by research and helps recovery dramatically. Talk to your OB and we'll match you with the right trainer.
