    Some will, if you want the structure. Most prefer to teach you the framework — protein targets, calorie ranges, peri-workout fueling — so you can eat anywhere without guilt or spreadsheets.

  2. 02 Do I have to count macros to work with a nutrition trainer?

    No. Many clients never weigh a single food. Trainers start with habit-based training and only add macros if the goal demands the precision.

  3. 03 Can I get meal prep service through Trinity?

    Yes — Meals by Mel is our on-site meal prep service. Chef-cooked, macro-portioned, available for pickup the days you train. Talk to your trainer about adding it.

  4. 04 Do nutrition trainers handle clinical conditions like diabetes or PCOS?

    Not as clinical care. For metabolic conditions, you'll work in coordination with your physician and a registered dietitian. Trinity nutrition trainers handle the lifestyle and training side.

  5. 05 Will I have to give up alcohol or restaurants?

    No. Trinity trainers build nutrition plans you can actually live with — including drinks, dinners out, holidays, vacations. Restriction is what makes most plans fail.
