ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE
BUILT FOR THE SPORT.

Athletic performance is force, speed, and the ability to repeat them. Trinity's performance trainers translate sport-science into training that holds up on the field, the court, the mat, or the track.

Training, programmed.

01

Sport-specific assessment

02

Speed + power blocks

Sprint mechanics, plyometrics, jumps, throws, Olympic-lift derivatives — the work that makes you faster, not just bigger.

03

Conditioning matched to your sport

Aerobic base, anaerobic capacity, repeat-sprint ability — programmed across energy systems your sport actually uses.

04

Injury prevention built in

Asymmetry work, mobility, return-to-play protocols if you're coming back. Trainers who know what gets athletes hurt — and how to avoid it.

  1. 01 Do Trinity trainers work with high-school and college athletes?

Yes — frequently. Trinity trainers work with athletes across baseball, basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, track, and combat sports. Many parents bring their kids here specifically because the chain-gym alternative doesn't program for actual sport.

  2. 02 What's the difference between athletic performance training and just lifting weights?

Athletic performance training programs power output, movement quality, sport-specific energy systems, and asymmetry correction — alongside strength. Lifting weights builds strength. Performance training builds athletes.

  3. 03 Can adults still benefit from performance training?

Absolutely. Most Trinity performance clients are adults in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who want to keep playing — recreational basketball, surfing, jiu-jitsu, hiking, golf. The training preserves and rebuilds the qualities that decline with age.

  4. 04 Do you do speed and agility work for younger athletes?

Yes. We program sprint mechanics, change-of-direction work, and plyometrics for athletes 14+. For younger athletes, the work is more about movement education and motor learning than max output.

  5. 05 How does Trinity coordinate with my team trainer or strength trainer?

Closely, when you ask us to. Trainers can communicate with school strength trainers or sport trainers to make sure the work complements, not conflicts. Most clients sync training cycles around competition seasons.
