Does Trinity offer on-site recovery services like massage, sauna, and mobility?
Yes. Our wellness center includes on-site sports massage with CAMTC-licensed therapists, a 15-person cedar sauna, and a full recovery & mobility zone. Most recovery services are included with membership or available à la carte.
Can I train at Trinity if I'm new to working out?
Absolutely. Trinity's trainers train everyone from absolute beginners to competitive athletes. Every program is built around where you are today — not where someone else thinks you should be.
