The Thesis

Not a gym.
A floor for the work.

14,000 square feet. 46 trainers. Seven rooms. One private training facility in the East Village Arts District of Long Beach.

01 — What it is

Trinity is a training collective, not a chain gym. Every member trains with a vetted trainer, on a real program, in a facility built around the work — not the photo.

Adam Mai built Trinity because the gyms he trained in didn’t deserve the work. So he built one that did. Olympic-spec ring. Strength floor with eight platforms outfitted in Panatta — the Italian iron used by Olympia competitors. On-site sports massage, sauna, and a recovery room. 46 independent trainers running their books under one roof.

You get programming, accountability, and a trainer who knows your name — in a room built for results, not for content.

02 — What we’re built on

Three pillars. One floor.

01

Purpose

Every program is built for the person doing the work. No copy-paste plans. No "transformation packages." Your trainer knows your goal, your history, and what you walked in here to fix.

02

Community

Trinity is a room where the same faces show up Thursday at 6 am, every Thursday. You become one of them. That’s the unlock most gyms can’t sell because they don’t have it.

03

Faith

Faith in the process. Faith in the trainer. Faith in the room. We don’t do gimmicks because we don’t need them — the work works if you show up and do it. Trinity is the room that asks you to.

03 — How it works

From first visit to first month.

There’s no contract pitch, no upsell, no aggressive close. You walk the floor, you meet a trainer, you decide. The work starts when you’re ready.

Build the plan with your trainer.

Your trainer designs your first 4–8 weeks around your goals, injury history, and schedule. Written, sent to your inbox, yours to keep.

  4. 04

    Train hard. Recover smart.

The Floor, The Ring, The Treatment Room, The Sauna — built into every membership. Train hard in one room, recover in the next. That’s the model.

04 — Inside the building

05 — The founder
“I built Trinity for the people who actually train — not the people who post about it. The iron, the ring, the floor — every piece was chosen so the work could happen the way it should.”

  1. 01 Where is Trinity Training Facility located in Long Beach?

Trinity Training Facility is located at 117 W 5th Street, Long Beach, CA 90802 — in the East Village Arts District, walking distance from The Pike Outlets, Pine Avenue, and the Long Beach waterfront.

  2. 02 What makes Trinity different from a big-box gym?

Trinity is a 14,000 sq ft private training facility, not a membership warehouse. Every session is run by a certified trainer who builds your program around your goals — strength, fat loss, athletic performance, or returning from injury. No crowded weight floors, no waiting on equipment, no generic group classes.

  3. 03 How do I get started at Trinity?

Browse our trainers, find the trainer who matches your goals, and book a complimentary intro session. Call 562-619-9368 or email TrinityTrainingFacilityLBC@gmail.com. Your first session covers your goals, your history, and what your program will look like.

  4. 04 What does personal training cost at Trinity?

Each trainer sets their own rates and packages. Most Trinity trainers offer single sessions, 10-pack discounts, and ongoing weekly training plans. Pricing typically ranges from $80–$150 per session depending on the trainer and program length.

  5. 05 Does Trinity offer on-site recovery services like massage, sauna, and mobility?

Yes. Our wellness center includes on-site sports massage with CAMTC-licensed therapists, a 15-person cedar sauna, and a full recovery & mobility zone. Most recovery services are included with membership or available à la carte.

  6. 06 Can I train at Trinity if I'm new to working out?

Absolutely. Trinity's trainers train everyone from absolute beginners to competitive athletes. Every program is built around where you are today — not where someone else thinks you should be.
