  1. 01 Where is Trinity Training Facility located in Long Beach?

Trinity Training Facility is located at 117 W 5th Street, Long Beach, CA 90802 — in the East Village Arts District, walking distance from The Pike Outlets, Pine Avenue, and the Long Beach waterfront.

  2. 02 What makes Trinity different from a big-box gym?

Trinity is a 14,000 sq ft private training facility, not a membership warehouse. Every session is run by a certified trainer who builds your program around your goals — strength, fat loss, athletic performance, or returning from injury. No crowded weight floors, no waiting on equipment, no generic group classes.

  3. 03 How do I get started at Trinity?

Browse our trainers, find the trainer who matches your goals, and book a complimentary intro session. Call 562-619-9368 or email TrinityTrainingFacilityLBC@gmail.com. Your first session covers your goals, your history, and what your program will look like.

  4. 04 What does personal training cost at Trinity?

Each trainer sets their own rates and packages. Most Trinity trainers offer single sessions, 10-pack discounts, and ongoing weekly training plans. Pricing typically ranges from $80–$150 per session depending on the trainer and program length.

  5. 05 Does Trinity offer on-site recovery services like massage, sauna, and mobility?

Yes. Our wellness center includes on-site sports massage with CAMTC-licensed therapists, a 15-person cedar sauna, and a full recovery & mobility zone. Most recovery services are included with membership or available à la carte.

  6. 06 Can I train at Trinity if I'm new to working out?

Absolutely. Trinity's trainers train everyone from absolute beginners to competitive athletes. Every program is built around where you are today — not where someone else thinks you should be.

  1. 01 How does joining Trinity as a trainer work?

Submit your application using the form on our Join as a Trainer page. The Trinity ownership team reviews every application personally. If we see a fit, we set up an in-person meeting at our Long Beach facility and walk you through how the lease model and trainer support work.

  2. 02 Do trainers lease their own space at Trinity?

Trinity operates as a private training collective. Trainers work independently, set their own rates, build their own books — and get the support, brand power, and facility access of Trinity. We're a partner, not a boss.

  3. 03 What does Trinity provide trainers that other gyms don't?

A 14,000 sq ft training floor, a private studio environment, recovery amenities, in-house wellness referrals, a marketing engine that drives client leads to your profile page, and a community of ambitious trainers who push each other forward.

  4. 04 What certifications do I need to join Trinity?

A current nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, NCSF) and current CPR/AED. Specialty certs are valued and highlighted on your profile.

  5. 05 How long does the application process take?

Most applicants hear back within 5 business days. If we move forward, you can typically be onboarded and training clients at Trinity within 2–3 weeks.

  6. 06 Will I get a profile page on the Trinity website?

Yes — every Trinity trainer gets a dedicated, SEO-optimized profile page indexed by Google. New leads who find you online book directly with you.
