The Sauna
Cedar interior. Fifteen-person capacity. Tiered seating.
The Room
A traditional 15-person cedar sauna at Trinity Training Facility in Long Beach. Tiered seating, ambient lighting, and a temperature held between 180°F and 200°F for the kind of deep heat session that does what cardio does for your heart — without the cardio.

01 How long should a sauna session be?
Most users do 15–25 minutes per session. Beginners should start at 10 minutes and build up. Exit if you feel lightheaded, nauseated, or your heart rate is uncomfortably high.
-
02 Can I pair sauna with on-site massage?
Yes — many members book a 60-minute massage in The Treatment Room and end with 20 minutes in the sauna. The combination relaxes the soft tissue your therapist just worked on and accelerates recovery between training blocks.
-
03 What are the health benefits of regular sauna use?
Studies link 4×/week sauna use to improved cardiovascular health, reduced all-cause mortality, lower blood pressure, and improved recovery. (See Laukkanen et al., 2018, JAMA Internal Medicine.) Trinity’s sauna is open all day to members for exactly this reason.
-
04 Do I need a membership to use the sauna?
A Wellness-only membership, full Trinity membership, or day-pass gets you sauna access. Book a tour to see the Wellness Center.
