Room 01

The Floor

Strength & conditioning. Built for the work.

The Room

Six thousand square feet of strength and conditioning floor in the East Village Arts District of Long Beach. Outfitted with Panatta, the Italian hand-built equipment used by Olympia competitors. Open lifting platforms, a 40-foot sled and prowler lane, and the kind of room where the only metric that matters is the work in front of you.

Who It’s Built For

Powerlifters, athletes in-season, weekend warriors, and anyone tired of waiting for a half-rack at a chain gym. Whether you’re training with a Trinity trainer or running your own program as a member, The Floor is built for serious training.

Who Trainers Here

Trainers built for The Floor.

The Trinity trainers whose specialties match this room. Book a free intro to find your fit.

  1. 01 Do I need a trainer to use The Floor?

Members can train independently on The Floor 24/7. Most members work with a Trinity trainer for at least their first few sessions to learn the equipment, then continue with or without ongoing training depending on their goals.

  2. 02 What hours is The Floor open?

The Floor is open 24/7 for members. Non-members can train during staffed hours (5am–10pm Mon–Fri, 7am–7pm Sat–Sun) by booking a free intro session with a Trinity trainer.

  3. 03 Is there a beginner-friendly area?

Yes. Two of the eight platforms are designated for newer lifters and 1:1 training sessions, with safety arms, lighter plates, and easier rack heights. Every Trinity trainer starts new clients here before progressing.

  4. 04 Can I bring my own program?

Absolutely. Members are welcome to follow their own programming, hire an outside trainer, or work with a Trinity trainer. The floor is yours during your session.
