  1. 01 Do I need a trainer to use the Recovery Zone?

    No. Members use the Recovery Zone independently. Your Trinity trainer will show you which tools and protocols work for your training, but the room is self-service after that.

  2. 02 How long does a compression boot session take?

    Most members run a 20-minute boot session post-training. During busy hours we cap sessions at 20 minutes so others can rotate in. Off-hours, take what you need.

  3. 03 Is this included with membership?

    Yes — full Trinity members and Wellness-only members both get unlimited Recovery Zone access. Day-pass users get one session per pass.

  4. 04 Can I bring my own roller or tools?

    Of course. Many regulars bring their own peanut balls or specialty bands. Just tag them with your name and store them in the cubby wall.
