WEIGHT LOSS THAT LASTS
TRAINED OFF FOR GOOD.
Fat loss isn't a workout. It's a lifestyle pattern your trainer helps you build over months — not a six-week crash that rebounds the second life happens. Trinity's weight-loss trainers train people for the long game.
Who it's for
Built for the people who actually train.
- People done with extreme diets and short-term programs
- Postpartum mothers rebuilding their relationship with training
- Professionals carrying 20–80 pounds they want gone for good
- Clients who've lost it before and want it to actually stay off
What to expect
Training, programmed.
Strength training first
Cardio burns calories during. Strength training changes what your body looks like at the same weight. Every weight-loss client at Trinity gets a real lifting program.
Nutrition training, not diets
We teach habits, not handcuffs. Protein targets. Calorie ranges that flex with your week. Real food. Coffee, alcohol, dessert — all on the table when programmed right.
Weekly accountability
Check-ins by text, scale photos, measurement tape — whatever feedback loop keeps you honest without burning out.
Plateaus broken before they happen
Your trainer adjusts the program before progress stalls — not after you've spent six weeks frustrated.

01 How much weight can I expect to lose working with a Trinity trainer?
Sustainable fat loss is 0.5–1.5 pounds per week for most clients. Faster than that and you're losing muscle and water — which is why most fad diets rebound. Trinity trainers set realistic expectations and the math actually works.
-
02 Do I have to do cardio to lose weight?
No. Most Trinity weight-loss clients do 2–3 strength sessions plus daily step targets and never touch a treadmill. Cardio is a tool, not a requirement.
-
03 Will Trinity trainers put me on a meal plan?
Some will, if you want the structure. Most prefer to teach you the principles — protein, calories, fiber, hydration — so you can eat anywhere and not blow your plan. We're trying to make you self-sufficient, not dependent.
-
04 I've failed at weight loss before. Why would this be different?
Most weight-loss programs hand you a diet and a workout. Trinity hands you a trainer who watches what works for YOU specifically — and adjusts in real time. The accountability is the unlock.

05 Do you work with GLP-1 / Ozempic / semaglutide patients?
Yes. Trinity trainers frequently work with clients on GLP-1 medications — the prescribed compound handles appetite, but you still need the strength training to preserve muscle through the cut. Several trainers specialize in this protocol.
