I have been a personal trainer for seven years and I am the founder of Maybach Mindset. My specialty is strength training, and I love working with women in their 30s and 40s who are starting their health journey, beginning again, or simply want to move better and build better habits. My philosophy is consistency, strength and sustainable habits over perfection: I give you the map, you are the driver, and I am in the passenger seat.

The Story
A Long Beach trainer, seven years in.
Jordan Maybach started lifting weights because it was something to do alone. Group settings like team sports made Jordan very anxious, but moving and learning about health were always loved. Jordan has also trained with several coaches over the years, some wonderful and some not so wonderful, and those experiences shaped the coach Jordan set out to be: the trainer who leaves a genuinely positive impact on people.
Seven years later, Jordan is the founder of Maybach Mindset and trains clients at Trinity Training Facility in Long Beach, on The Floor, with private studios available for sessions that call for a quieter setting.
Away from the gym, Jordan describes themself as a pretty chill, slow-moving human who loves time outdoors with a dog, big walks and hikes, reading, coloring, podcasts, thrifting and finding a good local coffee shop.
The Specialty
Strength training in Long Beach.
Strength training is Jordan's specialty. Jordan especially loves working with women in their 30s and 40s who are starting their health journey, beginning again, or simply want to move better and build better habits.
See how strength and conditioning and women's training are organized across Trinity, or browse fat loss and weight loss training if that is the goal behind the goal.
The Approach
Consistency, strength and sustainable habits.
Jordan's philosophy is simple: consistency, strength and sustainable habits over perfection. Jordan is not there to do the work for you. The job is to teach you, challenge you, hold you accountable and give you the tools to succeed.
In Jordan's words, you get the map, you are the driver, and Jordan is in the passenger seat. You get there together, but you are the one behind the wheel.
Coaching, to Jordan, also means helping someone discover their purpose, the real reason they want to become better, which is often much deeper than losing weight.
Credentials & Competition
NASM and ISSA certified, and a bodybuilding competitor.
Jordan holds NASM-CPT and ISSA-CPT personal training certifications and is ISSA Nutrition certified. In 2026 Jordan competed in a first bodybuilding show and is training for a second competition in 2027, so the muscle-building and physique work Jordan coaches is work Jordan also does personally.
Explore bodybuilding and hypertrophy training and nutrition coaching at Trinity. Jordan is a certified personal trainer, not a medical provider or a licensed dietitian. Talk to your doctor before starting a new training program, especially with an injury or a health condition.
Community & Results
Fitness that gets bigger than the scale.
Community is a huge part of Jordan's coaching. Jordan's clients have built their own community: they relate to each other, show up for one another and push each other.
Jordan's clients have completed their first CrossFit competitions, HYROX events and marathons, and have reached weight goals they once thought were impossible. One recent favorite is a client who went from a mini fridge stocked with alcohol to buying a full-size fridge for meal prep and groceries. For Jordan, changes like that mean as much as any physical transformation.
How Jordan Trains
In person, semi-private, online or hybrid.
Jordan offers four ways to train: 1:1, semi-private, online and hybrid. Whether you want a coach beside you every session, a small group, remote programming, or a mix, the approach stays the same: teach, challenge, hold accountable and hand you the tools.
Not sure which format fits? Say so on the intro form and Jordan will talk it through.

The Full Range
Everything Jordan trains.
Jordan’s Trinity profile lists these specialties, from core strength work to lifestyle coaching:
Strength is the foundation everything else stacks on. Trinity's strength & conditioning trainers build athletes, professionals, and lifelong residents who want to move heavy, recover hard, and keep doing it for decades.
01
ASSESSMENT FIRST
Movement screen, training history, current lifts. Your trainer builds the program around your body — not a template they hand to every client.
02
PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD THAT HOLDS UP
Programmed cycles with deloads built in. You'll see the numbers move week over week without burning out.
03
CONDITIONING THAT DOESN'T KILL YOUR LIFTS
Energy-system work paired with strength training, not against it. Capacity grows. Recovery improves. Strength stays.
04
TRAINING ON THE FLOOR
Hands-on cues, video review, real-time form correction. Every session has a trainer who's watching.
Who Jordan’s clients tend to be
- Lifters chasing real PRs — not gym numbers
- Athletes whose sport demands repeatable power
- Professionals returning to the iron after years away
- Anyone tired of training without a program
